Merlin Cottage is a spacious two-story cottage with an area of 54 m², similar to Gandalf Cottage, situated on the eastern side of the Sosnowe Domki complex. Located next to Gandalf, Merlin enjoys the same benefits of sunny mornings and cooler evenings. The cottage is designed with accessibility in mind, making it an ideal choice for families with disabled children and seniors with limited mobility. With numerous accessibility features, Merlin ensures a comfortable and safe stay for anyone requiring additional care.
The terrace of Merlin Cottage, like Gandalf’s, is spacious and faces east, allowing guests to enjoy the morning sun. Additionally, the terrace is equipped with a wheelchair ramp, making access much easier for guests with limited mobility. The terrace is separated from Gandalf's by a partition, ensuring privacy. Sitting on the terrace under the large red umbrella, surrounded by the warmth of the rising sun, is the perfect way to start the day.
Although Merlin is close to the playground, located slightly to the right of the cottage, its main advantage lies in its full accessibility for disabled guests. The cottage offers comfortable living conditions, and its spaciousness, along with full amenities, makes it an ideal place for relaxation for both children and adults.

Upon entering, the ground floor features a roomy living area connected to a fully equipped kitchenette, similar to Gandalf Cottage. The living room is furnished with a fold-out sofa, which can serve as an additional sleeping space, particularly convenient for guests with limited mobility. The living room has an east-facing window and a north-facing window, ensuring ample natural light throughout the day and pleasant views of the surrounding nature. There is also a dining table with chairs and a TV with satellite access, providing entertainment during the stay.
The kitchenette is fully functional and equipped with everything needed for meal preparation, including an induction stove, coffee maker, a set of pots, cutlery, plates, and glasses.
A key feature of the ground floor is the specially adapted bathroom, significantly larger than those in other cottages, designed to accommodate a wheelchair. The bathroom includes handrails by the toilet and sink, as well as a special shower chair, providing convenience and safety for guests with disabilities. Merlin Cottage, like Gandalf, is surrounded by a charming and functional environment that ensures a comfortable stay for the whole family. On the eastern side of the cottage, there are three parking spaces, with the nearest one reserved for Merlin's guests, making it easy for people with disabilities to quickly and conveniently reach their accommodation. The direct driveway to Merlin allows easy access from the car to the cottage.
Merlin features a spacious terrace measuring 4.5 meters in length and 2 meters in width. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs, and a large red umbrella that provides shade during sunny mornings. It is the perfect spot for a morning breakfast or afternoon relaxation. Additionally, a grill is available on the terrace, allowing guests to enjoy evening gatherings by the barbecue.
To the right of the cottage, there is a playground, accessible to guests of both Merlin and Gandalf cottages. The playground, set on well-maintained grass, is equipped with a trampoline, swings, a wooden playhouse, and a slide. It is an ideal place for families with children, offering entertainment for both disabled children and those who can freely play outdoors.
The north-facing window in Merlin Cottage overlooks a small but charming garden, featuring tall ornamental grasses and thuja trees. In the garden, there is also a covered area with canvas sails providing shade, where a standing swing for adults is located. This intimate spot is perfect for relaxation, where guests can sit, sway, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
