The Space

Unplug and enjoy the peace and beauty of the coast at this private home with magnificent sunsets and panoramic views of the marsh, wildlife, and Jones Creek.

The Kitchen & Dining: Open floor plan with a well-appointed full kitchen, granite counters, and an eat-in dining area overlooking the water. It comes stocked with a starter supply of snacks, bottled water, and a Keurig K-Duo Coffee maker (both single-serve pods and carafe coffee grounds are provided).

Oversized Back Deck: Enjoy waterfront dining & lounging on the oversized back deck, featuring dining table seating for 6 plus a comfortable outdoor sofa and chairs perfect for catching the evening breeze.

The Front Office: Looking for a quiet place to work remotely or have to dial in to the office during your travels? This is your spot! This front room has a full-sized desk and Wi-Fi to keep you connected, making it a perfect place for drawing, crafts, and puzzles, or a quiet space to dial in. It also contains an oversized chair with a twin sleeper sofa.

Outdoor Features: Fish, crab, or just sit and enjoy the sunset from the dock. Kayaks and life jackets are available for our guests' use. You can also unwind by the fire pit (firewood is provided and replenished as needed) or cook out on the propane grill.

Primary Suite: Features an en suite bathroom, walk-in closets, and gorgeous water views. This room has both a king-size bed and an oversized chair that opens into a twin-sized sleeper sofa.

Second Bedroom: Features a queen bed paired with beautiful water views.

Third Bedroom: Features a queen bed overlooking peaceful, wooded views.

Fourth Bedroom: Features a queen-size bed and quiet, wooded views.

All bed linens & bath towels are provided for your stay, and each bathroom includes complimentary soap & shampoo.

Guest Access & Logistics

Boaters are welcome to tie up at our dock overnight during their stay.

Jones Creek Boat Ramp: Less than 1/2 mile away. Please note this is a high-tide-only ramp—there is no water and no access to pull a boat at low tide.

Sunbury Boat Ramp: About a 15-minute drive away, and its access/use is not tide dependent.

Property Layout: This is a classic lowcountry house that is built up on piers. All living is on one level, but the main living area is on the second floor, so guests will have to climb stairs to access the house.

Parking: Plenty of parking for several vehicles is available beneath and around the home, with an easy turnaround and ample space to park a trailer if towing a boat.

Policies & Large Groups

Gatherings & Events: Small gatherings are welcome at Marsh Manor, but must be discussed with the host prior to arrival. Depending on the nature and needs of the event, an additional fee may apply.

Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome service animals at no charge, and no documentation is required. Guests may also bring up to two well-behaved dogs (40 pounds or under) for a pet fee of $125 per stay, which will be billed after booking confirmation. To ensure a comfortable experience for all, dogs must remain leashed outdoors, be cleaned up after, and stay off the furniture. If left alone in the house, they should be safely secured in a guest-provided crate.

Smoking: Permitted outside in designated areas only.
