«I would strongly recommend not staying at this location until they do an overhaul on management and maintenance of the property. My room was adequate, however the bathroom was awful. Drains did not work properly, caulking around the tub/shower and floor looked like it was done by at toddler, the shower curtain rod was dysfunctional, and the towel has blood stains. There must be ZERO quality control at this site from management, maintenance and housekeeping. Worst hotel experience ever.»

«The advertised amenity of a 24/7 available airport shuttle is NOT honest. While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity. Like I said, staff was nice about it, but the availability and reliability of this amenity feels too uncertain to be used as a main advertising point. »
