«This was a short-notice trip to Queenstown. I arrived after the official reception closing time, the gentleman who owns the motel was still waiting for me to arrive before closing down for the night. The service and facilities were excellent. I felt welcome. There is a restaurant at the motel, I did not try it due to my schedule. The motel is located in a residential area within walking distance of Queenstown city center.»

«We read the reviews and were intrigued. We stayed in winter, and it is cold in Bothwell. It would have been much more inviting if the hosts had the heater running prior to our arrival, but once the property warmed up after a few minutes the shock of how cold it was faded away. We stayed in the 1837 cottage. The accommodation is rustic, eclectically furnished and decorated, and gives an appreciation of life in times gone by.
