«Fantastic little get away. The bar and restaurant were top notch meals were first class, staff are friendly, very comfortable sitting infront of the fireplace with a beverage soaking up the character. The rooms were well appointed and the continental breakfast was a welcome addition. Would definitely stay again.»

«Amazing!! French style, beautifully decorated, attention to detail. Everything thoughtfully considered and executed. A lucky find . »

«Beautiful view in a very large old cottage. Lots of rooms with two bathrooms & comfortable beds & warm heating»

«This was a short-notice trip to Queenstown. I arrived after the official reception closing time, the gentleman who owns the motel was still waiting for me to arrive before closing down for the night. The service and facilities were excellent. I felt welcome. There is a restaurant at the motel, I did not try it due to my schedule. The motel is located in a residential area within walking distance of Queenstown city center.»

«Great cabin, fantastic food and the most helpful team possible. So much so, we are planning to return next year for a longer stay and even do the Overland track. Thank you Michael and Alex- it was a joy to meet you ⭐️»

«We had a lovely overnight stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and homely.thee was a nice common area for relaxing and a common area kitchenette for tea, coffee and breakfast use. We stayed on a Sunday night so the hotel wasn’t open for breakfast or dinner, but that was okay for our stay. We would stay here again.»

«The cottage was quit and small but had everything we needed for the stay. The rooms were clean and the heating was good for a cool winters night.»

«Nice hotel close to entrance to national park. Good breakfast»

«Lovely peaceful place to visit»

«Old, and well used. Ok to just sleep over»

«Lighting in park was not very lit up we arrived at night Apart from that everything was excellent»

«Room was clean and with good heating, enough clothe hangers and shelves to put bags and things on. Kitchen was basic but not enough cutlery to share with other guests. Would be good to have hand dryer or paper towels in the toilet/bathroom. Otherwise very convenient location for entry into the Lake Pedder/Gordon area and close to Mt Field National Park.»

«Quick check in, friendly staff, room was ready, clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and just a 5 minute walk to the main street and shops.»

«for a 3 night stay I would have preferred a second set of towels»

«I liked the old world charm, the food and the breakfast provided but not the back entrance over the roof with luggage!»
