Absolutely Gorgeous Property
We celebrated a 50th birthday with a group of 10 moms. This location was incredible. The bedding was beautiful, the kitchen is perfectly appointed with everything you need, all the bedrooms have closets and dressers, and the family room is comfortable for gathering. The view from 2 sides of the house is ocean and breathtaking. You can see the path to the beach from the back of the house, a few minutes walk away. The host was welcoming and made checkin easy. The house is a short easy walk to the start of the cliff walk. You could also walk to downtown Newport, but it would be about 2 miles. We drove in and found parking downtown when we wanted to go. This property is a must stay for a beach getaway.

Wedding Weekend
Seven of us were in Newport for a family wedding. The house was perfect for us, clean and comfortable. We loved the location and spent so much time walking the neighborhood and enjoyed the cliff walk right from the house. Excellent communication with the owner. Don't hesitate, book it!

Our Stay
This was the perfect location for our group! The house was clean and fit our group perfectly. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Check in and check out was very easy. The view and beach were beautiful. It was close to town and our group had a great time! Julie was an amazing host and we would absolutely go back!

Long Weekend Getaway
Our stay was just what we needed. We were looking for rest and relaxation. It was my birthday weekend in the beginning of March, with my adult children and even though the weather wasn't the best, the stay was amazing. Everything you need for food, shopping, hikes, etc., was so close by. The house was immaculate and the indoor fireplace was so cozy. We were low key and just played cards, board games, and watched movies. All were right there and easily accessible, as well as WiFi.

clean house w great location
This house is very pretty, in a great location, steps from the beach and very clean! Cleanliness is important to our family and we appreciated how comfortable and maintained the home is. It unfortunately rained the whole duration of our stay, but the cozy fireplace and ease of being together in the home made it so enjoyable. The bedding was fresh and smelled lovely. The kitchen and bathrooms are supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Even having makeup remover wipes In the little jars in the bathroom were a thoughtful and appreciated touch! Julie was responsive and made the check in and out process seamless. The directions were clear and easy to follow for the care of the home . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be definitely renting from Julie again ! Five stars !

family weekend
We had a mix group age wise from teenagers to grandparents all family!! Most of the time was spent on the beach, shopping in Newport and enjoying dining at several restaurants in Middletown. All enjoyed a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon!!

Easy Vacation
What a lovely place! For once I didn't have to spend so much time packing, loading, unpacking, etc. Julie supplied everything! Sheets, towels, beach towels, dish towels, sponges, paper towels, toilet paper, crock pot, etc. It made my vacation easy! Great view, easy access to beach, and loads of things to do. Communication, check-in, check-out was also very easy. Thank you Julie for a lovely vacation spot!!

RI Beach Trip for Family w/ Adult Kids
Julie's house is lovely and situated with a great view of 1st Beach/Easton's Beach and the Cliff Walk across the water. It is also in walking distance of places to eat in or grab milk and such in Middletown. And it is about a 35-minute walk to Newport. Unfortunately, the weather was not great "beach weather," but we enjoyed the relaxed days, time spent exploring Newport and the Gilded Age mansions, the International Tennis Center and Museum, and various walks, including the wonderful Cliff Walk. Julie gave us good tips for places to eat and wisely recommended making dinner reservations well ahead of time! The house was well stocked with essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and tissues, as well as beach towels, chairs, etc. The basement--with pool and ping pong tables--was nicer than it looks from the photos and provided good rainy day options. Thanks to Julie for being a wonderful host of a great house! Double thumbs up!

Fantastic house
We stayed here with our family over the Easter weekend. The house is clean, light and airy. The bedrooms are comfortable and well stocked with towels, tissues, soap etc The kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook for a family. Julie was super responsive to any of our questions. We thoroughly recommend this house to everyone and hope to come back ourselves in the future.

Fantastic Family Getaway
We had a wonderful family getaway at Easton’s Point. The house is beautiful, amazingly clean and very well equipped. We wanted for nothing during our stay. Perfect spot
We had a fantastic long weekend here. Julie was very easy to communicate with, and the house was perfect for what we needed. You can’t beat the location. The gas fireplace was wonderful on a chilly, rainy day. My friends and I had an awesome time celebrating my birthday.

Our high expectations from the reviews and pictures were somehow exceeded. Julie was a perfect host and has an immaculate, beautiful home. Great location right next to the beach. Can easily drive or do a 1.5-2mile walk into downtown Newport or the cliff walk (closer to one mile). Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful weekend getaway near Newport RI
Stayed at this lovely property for a long weekend to celebrate my 35th wedding anniversary with my family. Property very clean and exactly as pictured. Location is fabulous with deck overlooking the Easton Point. Walked to Cliff Walk from house. Quick ride to downtown however had restaurants within walking distance of property too! Owner very responsive and helpful.

Fun weekend
Our stay was so easy and relaxing. The house if fully stocked with everything needed for a group vacation. Everything in the house was clean and comfortable. Perfection!
A group of ten women stayed at Julie’s property and had an incredible time. The property was in perfect shape and it had the most beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The flow from the kitchen into the dining and then living room worked really well for us when hanging out. Julie made our stay even more wonderful with her tips and helpful suggestions. Cliff walk in walking distance…snowy owls at Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge less than 2 miles away…great shops in Newport…AMAZING sunsets from deck…Julie was an incredible host who immediately responded whenever we reached out…incredible memories made over the Thanksgiving week…we are thankful we found this property.

Amazing stay in a great location!
I rented this home for 11 of us to stay for my sister's bachelorette party in Newport. Julie could not have been more accommodating to our requests, including early check in and a very late check out. She was very quick to respond with all of our questions before arriving. The location of the home is amazing- right across the street from the beach and in close distance to downtown Newport. Thank you for an amazing stay Julie!

Perfect location for Newport Adventure!
