«Luxury is a stretch. It did the job for the one night I was there but the room smelt really bad and the whole place kind of looked and felt like it came from temu; cheap. Check in was a little weird/confusing and the door locking situation was strange as it wouldn't stay shut without being locked and you had to use the key to lock from both sides.
The bed was very nice and cozy though so extra points for that!»
«Cant say enough amazing things about my stay at Mad River Lodge! The inn-keeper Dana was so kind and gave ideas for activities in the area and helped me get to my wedding when we had no ideas on how to get there. The whole experience was so personable, and I loved the shared space with a chess board, games, tea, and coffee!»
«We happened to be there during the week between weddings so had the place mostly to ourselves. Lovely farm setting with vegetable gardens and chickens and pigs to wander among. There was a lovely watercolor painting exhibit in barn. Extensive trail system right behind the fields. Manager Stacy was very gracious and helpful. Breakfast cooked to order, delicious. Very peaceful setting.»
