«The place is pathetic - front desk manager was not only the least helpful person I may have ever encountered in 4 decades of traveling but her lack of empathy courtesy and respect in a bad experience that she could have easily fixed was simply downright mean and left my family without accommodations. She used the fact that her didn’t book directly with her as a spiteful excuse not to help me and kick my family to the curb for what was supposed to be a wonderful weekend. Absolutely deplorable.»
«This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay! It was close to downtown but down a quiet side street. The rooms were themed by nationalities which was fun. Definitely recommend for couples!»
