From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the service was outstanding. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel was exceptionally clean at all times, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the entire resort was beautifully kept.
The food was one of the highlights of our vacation. There was a fantastic variety every day, with fresh, delicious meals and something for everyone. The restaurants, bars, and all the facilities exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly memorable.
We would especially like to thank the Iranian chef who prepared the wok dishes during the evening dinners. His cooking was absolutely exceptional—the wok was by far some of the best food we had during our stay. Every meal he prepared was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. On top of his incredible talent, he was always kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about the guests. His positive attitude and warm personality made every visit a pleasure, and he truly deserves special recognition.
