We spent 8 unforgettable nights at JAZ Elite Aurora and it truly stands out as one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had.
What makes this resort exceptional is the leadership and culture. General Manager Domenico Iannone is visibly present and leads by example — you can feel it throughout the entire team. His management colleagues Mr Reda, Mr Youssef, and Mr Mohamed were all engaged and approachable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere across the property.
Valentine’s Day was beautifully executed with themed decorations, a tailored menu, live music, and a wonderful cocktail evening where guests were introduced to each other, making it feel personal and inclusive.
The food at Mwamba Grill was outstanding (the beef tagliata is a must!), Mr Hussein and his team provided excellent service, Mr Othman at reception was consistently welcoming, and housekeeping kept our room spotless throughout our stay.
When we left, there was a genuine sadness — it felt like leaving people, not just a hotel. That says everything.
We are already planning to return — and hope Domenico and his fantastic team will still be there when we do.
