«The staff was lovely. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is run down. peeling wallpaper, mildew in the bathroom, bathroom hook missing so no where to hang a towel. The bathroom light fixture was even partially pulled off the wall. My room only had a lamp on one of the bedside tables, and it flickered. When I arrived it looked like the room had been cleaned, but there were still hair balls on the floor.»

«It was OK, they ask if you have a vehicle and then tell you they charge you $4 for parking, but then don't give you a tag or take note of your plate (how do they know if you do/don't have a car) leaving you feeling you got cheated. The tap water is basically so bad tasting its undrinkable and want to charge $4 for a small 12oz bottle of water. Breakfast doesn't start until 7 on weekends. So just overall OK, but would choose somewhere else next time I'm in Austin.»

«Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price
For the price I paid, I expected much more from this hotel. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing from check-in to dining.
The front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming. Although my driver’s license was taken during check-in, I later noticed that the address listed on my receipt was incorrect, which was frustrating and concerning. Also crickets dead and live around the hotel inside.
The restaurant experience was even ...
