«The room needs a good cleaning, the headboards were dusty, walls are dirty, beds need pulled out. Edges need to be vacuumed as you can see all the crumbs in the cracks. For this hotel to only be like 6 years old it's not being taken care of properly. Our room was missing a blackout shade, so it was really bright in the morning. This was a last minute find that didn't have any previous reviewers saying they had bugs, which was why I chose it. I only seen a dead ant in our room and a dead stink ...

«The area was nice. I booked a room with 2 queen beds but got a room with one king and they wouldn’t switch rooms to what I booked. The room was ant infested and there was a used nicotine pouch on the floor when we walked in. The pullout couch was dirty as well. »

«We really enjoyed this hotel but we were unable to get breakfast because an entire soccer team reserved the space and there was a sign that it was for them only. I wouldn’t normally mind but the bistro prices were pretty high. Since this only happened once I will leave my review 5 stars but I hope it is not like this next year or we will consider staying elsewhere. At the very least, the hotel should tell us upfront so that we can make accommodations ahead of time. »

«A++ We liked everything about this hotel! Our room was perfect with a comfy bed and thick, soft towels. We did not eat breakfast at the restaurant because it was a $16.95 buffet and we are not big breakfast eaters. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. Not sure if we’ll ever be back in Mason but if we are we will definitely be back!! »

«Leider war unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft nicht besonders angenehm. Bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel auf, dass sich viele Tierhaare im Bett befanden, was keinen sehr sauberen Eindruck gemacht hat. Zusätzlich roch es im Badezimmer unangenehm, was den Aufenthalt noch weniger komfortabel machte und insgesamt kein gutes Gefühl hinterlassen hat. Sauberkeit ist für uns ein sehr wichtiger Punkt bei einer Unterkunft, daher war ich von diesem Aufenthalt leider etwas enttäuscht.»
