Do NOT book this property. I checked into what was advertised as a "Premium Apartment" and was met with pubic hair scattered across the shower, dirty towels covered in someone else's hair, absolutely zero hot water — not lukewarm, ice cold — and completely broken WiFi despite being a core advertised amenity. The room was so filthy and unsanitary it was genuinely uninhabitable. When I reported these deplorable conditions to the staff, the response was shockingly cold and indifferent — no room change, no urgency, no empathy whatsoever. They simply could not care less. I was forced to abandon the property entirely. This place is a health hazard. Future travelers: save your money and your sanity.
