We stayed for eight nights at Lasai Casa Puebla during March break.
The property is VERY well-located in Roma Norte: It is a short walk to the nearest metro station, and stop to Chapultepec Park—also a very easy walk.
The neighbourhood is gorgeous, with tree-lined streets in dappled sunlight, innumerable shops, markets, street food stands, restaurants, museums, bookstores, and parks. It is a perfect location for access to all that CDMX has to offer.
We booked a suite with a living room and kitchen amenities. The rooms were clean and quiet. Getting into the hotel and the room was very easy with door codes, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The only thing we found disappointing was that our room did not have windows to the outside.The two windows we had gave onto an inner passageway. Our was very dark, day and night- especially since we had to keep the blinds closed for privacy. We requested a room with windows looking outside, but there were none available - possibly because we booked for eight nights and because we had asked for a kitchen. Maybe none of the rooms with outside-facing windows have kitchens.
We would definitely stay there again, but we would ask not to have a room on the ground floor.
