Our space is anchored in the heart of vibrant Condesa, where safety and creativity converge. Guest Access:
*Our building does not have a parking space. There is a public parking lot half a block away for your convenience.
* Atlixco Street does not have a parking meter, so you are likely to find an available space on the same street.
* If you need recommendations, guidance or information, do not hesitate to contact us through AirBnB message. We are always available to help you have the best experience.
* All rooms have tower fans.
* We have SmartTV with all available streaming services.
* During your stay we can offer you cleaning service at an additional cost.
* The house has a washing machine, a bathtub in the bathroom and a shower with hot water.
* In the room you can find 2 double beds and in the living room a double sofa bed.
* Drinks and snacks are offered in the refrigerator, at an additional cost. Always ideal for a midnight snack or a drink upon arrival.

We have several apartments in the area and in different cities of the country, we will always be on hand to provide support during your stay and try to make you feel at home. Also, if you are looking for a larger space, for a larger number of people or a long-term stay, contact us to share the available options.
This apartment is old and there are certain areas of the property that need improvement, small details that need to be improved but we always try to provide a fairly competitive price in the heart of CDMX.
