excellent service, everybody is amazing . Rooms bathrooms needs to be updated and also would be nice to take the carpets out. Location is good just in front of the chapultepec castle which is beutiful.

Our stay at Grand Fiesta Americana was nice!! The beds and pillows were comfy. The food was excellent and their staff were helpful and nice. The only downside there wasn't a pool to come to relax to after a day of exploration, but overall it was an excellent stay
