Staff was just amazing, top notch service from everyone in Galeria Plaza Reforma, very well located near the Angel roundabout, walking distance from restaurants, bars, pharmacies, convenience stores. I just wish rooms were a little bit more modern since they’re a little outdated but absolutely a great place to stay in Mexico City.

Singled out by hotel security for bringing my own beverage up to the rooftop pool area. Numerous Latino guests brought not only their own beverages but their own food and nothing was said. When I did order a drink from the bar that was inconsistently the waiter was very slow and never returned with my change. There are many other places to stay in Mexico City. I will likely not return.

This hotel had great staff and was in a great location. For an extra fee i paid for breakfast but it was worth it different variety of food and lots to choose (buffet style.) we were close from everything and it was a safe area.

I liked the location of the hotel but there was a lot of building work around it. It was easy to walk to restaurants and bars. Close to good shopping. The pool was very disappointing! It looks good on the photos but the larger section is only 2 feet deep so not really able to swim at all. More like a children’s paddling pool and no bar at the pool.

Me gusto mucho hospedarme en Galeria Plaza Reforma. Fue la primera vez y si regresaria. Esta muy cerca de la Zona Rosa, de Reforma, y es accesible de llegar. Solo tuve peoblema con la conexión electrica del baño cuando usaba la secadora de cabello, quiza deba ser reemplazada (902), la alfombra de los pasillos podria estar mas limpia. Fuera de esas pequeñeces todo estuvo maravilloso. La atencion del personal, las amenidades de la habitacion,
