Staying at the Felix Luxury Apartments was an excellent experience! The room was spacious and clean, the staff was very helpful and kind, and the location was excellent. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the La Condesa area of CDMX.

Staff were all so warm and kind. Very few spoke English but we all managed. My only issue was that there wasn’t much hot water each morning for showering, but everything else was great.

We felt so at home and comforted by 24/7 friendly doorman service. The roof deck views were amazing and the location the best. We walked all over the city and realized the location was the best with its tree lined streets and walking paths, connection to Mexico Park and nice restaurants (many of the best in the city are close by). We highly recommend it for families.

The safety we felt at the Felix Boutique Apartments was of course our favorite aspect of the booking. Not only is the building itself secured with 24/7 doorman service, but your floor is only accessible via an elevator key entrance. The property was always clean and we enjoyed daily housekeeping as well. It was close to all of our favorite restaurants and Parque México which has so many beautiful hidden corners to explore. I would recommend anyone interested in this property book their stay ASAP! I also wanted to point out how attentive and hospitable the staff was from check in to check out. We truly enjoyed our wonderful stay and plan on returning soon! Gracias Félix Boutique!

Ideal apartment for short or long-term stays
Great communication prior to and during the stay. Emmanuel was an excellent host. Doorman available at all hours. Perfect location.

This is a good apartment to sleep in. Air conditioning did NOT work during the whole stay, neither did the WIFI. Its a good place to hang out, but not to sleep or work.

Worth every penny! The only negative thing is that there is only air conditioning in the master bedroom. They provide a portable unit, but it’s not powerful enough to cool the other two rooms considering how large the apartment is. Nonetheless, WONDERFUL stay!

Luxury Apartment in La Condesa
We just had an amazing week staying at the Felix apartments. The space was everything we wanted- modern, clean, well stocked, roomy, and in a gorgeous neighborhood. The lobby has 24 hour staff and free coffee, fruit, and yogurt every morning. The rooftop patio was probably our favorite part. Beautifully landscaped and with fantastic views. We spent every evening enjoying pre-dinner cocktails up there. We had a three bedroom, 3 bath unit on the 5th floor. There was a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and patio, a slighter smaller bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a fairly small bedroom with separate bathroom. Amble space for 5 people. Daily housekeeping is also included which was appreciated. Overall, our experience with the Felix apartment was exceptional and would absolutely stay here again.

Choose another boutique hotel
Terrible post-stay service, worst I have ever experienced in my trips to Mexico City. To be fair, the room is very spacious, well decorated and clean. The big problems were the following: 1) they charge you a $350+ deposit to stay. I left on the 15th and as of the 21st it’s still pending in my account. 2) they ran my card twice for the stay so in addition to the room deposit I have an additional $550 pending on my credit card statement. I called the manager on the 18th and told her about the situation. I reviewed my statement today and there are still no changes. When I requested to speak with her the person at the front desk told me that they had reviewed their transactions and that I should check with my credit card company. They refused to put her on the line. 3) I stayed in a suite that has multiple rooms and the only room that has A/C is the main room. Before I left I still had a good impression of the hotel and was thinking about returning and inviting my in-laws. The day of my departure I suggested to the manager that they should have A/C in all of the rooms (only the main bedroom has A/C) and she immediately got defensive and was a bit rude. I actually regretted making the suggestion.. To summarize: 1) the hotel is a nice boutique hotel, but if you stay set aside about 2.5 times the amount you thought you would pay on your CC and then exercise patience to get it back. 2) do not make any suggestions 3) make sure you’re not a fan of A/C

We appreciate the feedback of all our guests who stay with us. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize for the inconveniences that have occurred and clarify some of the points mentioned. We are not a hotel, we are apartments for rent. We are surprised because it is the first time we have this kind of report of one of our guests, the charge we made was in the lobby and you could confirmed that we did not ran your card twice, in the confirmation that all our guests receive before their arrival and before booking we mentioned that we require a deposit. As soon as we received your complaint, we sent you the bank's ticket and we asked you to wait 24/48 hours to verify your statement, since that is what most banks take to reflect operations. We haven´t received additional information from you side if the money is still on hold. Unfortunately, we do not meet your expectations, I assure you of my personal follow-up and I hope we have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
DO NOT BOOK Felix Boutique Apartments by Viadora. There are better options to stay in Mexico City. It is expensive, small, noisy and EXTREMELY POOR IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not have heat in the rooms, either they can not provide you with a heater. It is 15 degrees outside and in my room 17 degrees. I am having a bad cold and they are not doing absolutely anything to make sure my stay is pleasant. Jose Munoz told me very clear that they could not do anything to help me in my situation. On top of this the elevator is very noise and they even get mad, if you complain about it. If they are not able to assist you in this simple request, it is not worthy the value of this hotel. IT IS OVEREXPENSIVE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL, they just help you to destroy your stay in this beautiful city.

About the noise, this is the first time that we have received a complaint since doors and windows in the building are insulated. Secondly, we don't offer heating in our listing and providing a new heather for the room at the time of the complaint was impossible. CDMX gal pal getaway!
Our trip at Felix Boutique Apartments couldn't have been more perfect. We stayed in the standard King Bed room on the 7th floor which was next to the gym and roof deck. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have our own private balconies. Decor of the hotel is very stylish and feels brand new. WiFi always worked. There is someone onsite (security) 24/7 and they are always very helpful. The continental breakfast was a nice touch! The location is close to so many restaurants and bars, I would love to come back and rent the larger suites with a group of friends.

The best place to stay in La Condesa!
We had the best stay at Viadora! The staff is so friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean, spacious, and well decorated! The apartments are in a great location in La Condesa as well. Walking distance to lots of cafes, restaurants, and bars! We would recommend anyone to stay here! We are so hoping we can make another trip back and stay at Viadora again!

Wonderfully kind staff. Fantastic location for a neighbourhood feel, across the street from a coveted cafe/lunch spot with an express window which is super convenient. Rooftop patio and gym is awesome. Each unit is well thought through and designed perfectly. Just wish there was a/c in each of the rooms.

Excelente localización en Hipódromo Condesa, cercano a restaurantes y pequeñas tiendas, lugar muy bueno para caminar con poco trafico comparado a otras areas del DF. Buen servicio y un alojamiento fenomenal.
