The open living area centers around a large sofa and 55-inch Roku TV—great for downtime between outings. The dining table seats eight comfortably, and the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, from a coffee maker and blender to a breakfast bar with stools for casual meals. Two additional workspaces with desks and chairs make it easy to catch up on email or plan your next day out.

Fast WiFi keeps you connected, and the in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light. The building has 24-hour security and a private entrance for easy, secure access. Paid parking is available off-site nearby. A Pack `n Play is available on request, and pets are welcome with prior approval for an additional fee. Cleaning service and bilingual concierge assistance are also available for an extra cost if you`d like support during your stay.

Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

The property is approximately 12 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).

- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It`s generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

There’s construction happening nearby and sometimes noise can be heard during daytime work hours.

- There is a water filtration system located beside the kitchen sink, which makes it easy to access clean drinking water.
- The elevator is temporarily out of service. Please note that access to the unit is currently only available via stairs.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in.
- Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.
- A maximum of 5 visitors is allowed per day. They must leave by 10:00 PM.
- If you wish to add guests to your reservation, please send us a modification request to update the number of guests, and remember to send their IDs at least one day in advance.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated.

- Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost.
- A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in.
- Guests must climb stairs.
- You may experience typical city noise such as traffic and construction.
- The elevator capacity is limited to 2 people with luggage or 3 people without luggage. Any damage to the elevator will incur a charge based on the extent of the damage.
- Quiet hours must be respected. Any complaints from neighbors will result in a 2,000 MXN fine.
