APARTMENT of 1, 2 or 3 BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS

It will be a pleasure to welcome you to Harmonny Coyoacán!

Before confirming your stay, we kindly ask you to carefully read all the information, house rules, property layout, and possible additional costs, so you can make sure the apartment meets your needs.

The apartment is located on the first floor, in a quiet and very well-located area, only 3 blocks from downtown Coyoacán. Although the main entrance to the condominium is shared, the apartment is completely independent and for the exclusive use of the guests registered in the reservation.

The accommodation has three bedrooms:

Green bedroom: king-size bed;
Yellow bedroom: queen-size bed;
Blue bedroom: single bed.

The apartment layout is assigned according to the number of registered guests:

For 1 or 2 guests, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom will be provided. As a standard arrangement, the stay includes one bedroom with either a king-size or queen-size bed;
For 3 guests, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms will be provided;
For 4 guests, 3 bedrooms will be provided.

If 1, 2, or 3 guests require an additional bedroom or bed, it may be enabled for an extra nightly cost:

$200 MXN per king-size or queen-size bed;
$70 MXN per single bed;
$70 MXN per inflatable mattress.

If 4 guests are staying and prefer to sleep in separate spaces, an inflatable mattress may also be added in the living room for $70 MXN per night.

The apartment has two full bathrooms. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV and Home Theater, with access to Netflix, Blim, and YouTube, so you can enjoy your stay comfortably.

Cleaning is provided once a week. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, you may request it one day in advance, for an extra cost of $300 MXN.

Use of the washing machine has an additional cost of $120 MXN per load.

At the time of reservation or arrival, a security deposit of $3,000 MXN must be provided. This deposit will be returned upon check-out, provided that the apartment, keys, furniture, linens, remote controls, and all other accessories are returned in good condition and without damages.

In case of lost keys, a $600 MXN charge will apply, since it would be necessary to change the locks of the main entrance shared by the people who use that access.

The property has a patio and garden with tables; however, these areas are not included as part of the apartment use and are not for the exclusive use of guests. If you wish to use the patio, garden, or tables, prior authorization from the host must be requested.

For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, all guests and visitors must fully identify themselves before entering. Access by unregistered persons is not allowed without prior authorization from the host.

All visitors must be notified to the host in advance. Authorization for visitors not registered on the platform has a cost of $100 MXN per day. If the visitor stays overnight, the cost will be $170 MXN per night. If a visitor is not notified in advance, a charge of $250 MXN per person will apply, considering that the additional person stayed for the entire reserved period.

Pets, parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed. Smoking inside the apartment is also not permitted. Likewise, loud noise is not allowed after 11:00 p.m. or before 8:00 a.m.
