This announcement offers two unique options in the same building, ideal for large groups or families that wish to enjoy the vibrant life of the Countess together.

The first option is a wide 100 m² apartment with two rooms, each equipped with two marriage beds. Includes a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed and authentic wood floors.
The second option is a 50 m² apartment studio, located on the ground floor. This space has a room with two marriage beds, its own bathroom, kitchen and living room.

Our home is immersed in the authenticity of the Countess, one of the safer and style of the CDMX. With a vintage decoration and unique details, we capture the hipster spirit of the neighborhood. The quiet streets full of history invite you to explore unique bars and restaurants that enhance the beauty of the neighborhood.

Whether you come to relax or work, our ultra high speed Internet of 800 Mbps will keep you connected without interruptions. You can transform the space into your remote office and enjoy the comfort of working from your temporary home.

Both departments are equipped with Smart TV and, guaranteeing entertainment and technological comfort during your stay. The buildings, with more than 50 years of history, are mixed perfectly with the hipster aesthetics that defines the Countess. Every corner is an opportunity to experience the unique soul of the city.

Access to both departments is through the central stairs of the building. Although we do not have our own parking, there is a pension conveniently located on the same street.
