my reservation was not respected or accepted. I arrive late at night and was told that my reservation was cancel even though I did it 24 hrs before and it was accepted at the time. I was very disappointed with Marriott for doing this action. I feel that if a reservation is accepted when it was generated then it should be met. I had to look for another hotel very late in a city I'm not too familiar. I do want to add that staff was very professional and attempted to contact other Marriotts to see if there was availability but, there was none. I'm still very disappointed because of what happened, I travel with my 80+ year old mother and my blind older brother, and I had to search for hotels very late at night just to get them a place to sleep. I love staying at Marriott properties I was even a pass employee for Marriott for 13 years but, this move was really terrible at best. I am very dissappointed.
