«This hotel/ resort was listed as on the beach ..it was on a mountain side. The hotel reception was terrible, staff was very rude and had absolutely ZERO customer service and less then ZERO hospitality. They claim to have a shuttle for the city and was taken there ONCE and had to call to get picked up and then had to wait for over an hour and a half for a less then 10 minute drive. Rooms closer to a barrack.. doesn’t have shampoo and hair conditioner or body wash so bring your own as they only have a weird water-activated hand soap. When we asked for an ironing board we were told they don’t have any for guests and would only accept dropping our clothes off so long as not linen, with turnaround of 3-4 days… Beds also not comfortable and dirty without a proper cover, only a sheet.
