«We had a wonderful stay at Le Clos Sainte-Marie and couldn’t recommend it more highly. It offers a truly authentic Loire Valley experience — peaceful, welcoming, and full of local charm.
The hosts were incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property was spotlessly clean, the rooms were spacious and very private, and the location is ideal — close to most of the major Loire Valley castles.

«An absolute gem in the Loire Valley!
This place is ideally located for exploring the beautiful Châteaux de la Loire. The property itself is absolutely stunning, incredibly peaceful, and decorated with immense taste. We loved the numerous pieces of artwork beautifully displayed throughout our room, the common areas, and even outside in the gardens!

«We adored our stay at this little B&B in Limeray. «This is a guest house rather than a standard hotel, although it has standard amenities. Situated in the countryside near Chenonceau castle, the property is located in a former mill house bordering the Cher river, which some rooms overlook. «This is the loveliest small beautiful hotel run by a delightful hotelier. The place is quiet, clean and comfortable. The pool is a good size and open at sensible times. The village itself is sweet with a lovely little beautiful shop, small market, boulangwris and other shops. There is one very nice restaurant for dinner but for other options you need to go further afield. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay for any visit to the Loire.»
