«Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einer ruhigen Strasse. Die Zufahrtsbeschreibung war etwas verwirrend, da ein teil der Strasse durch ein permanents Tor gesperrt ist. ein Nachbar gab Auskunft, wie das Haus zu erreichen wäre. Die Beschreibung zum Finden des Schlüsselsafes war ebenfalls nicht korrekt, wir haben lange an der Rückseite des Hauses (wie beschrieben) gesucht, jedoch befindet sich die Schlüsselbox vorne im Vorraum. Der Pflegezustand des Hauses und des Grundstücks ist eher mittelmässig. Da ...

«Absolutely amazing place to stay. Ten minutes from the front and town. Loads to do on the south coast. And the holiday let it’s self well what can I say but it’s perfect. Set on top of a hill with views for miles, quiet even though a working farm. Pigs and chickens to make you smile. Beautiful cottage with everything you may need, stunningly decorated and maintained! 10/10! Couldn’t recommend any higher. A MUST STAY!!!!»

«Do NOT stay at this property - I would go as far to say that I would not stay at any property managed by Henry Adams. There was a large blob of blood, yes blood!, in the crockery drawer right by the plates. Crumbs in the fridge, black mould on the freezer door seal, cobwebs in every room, filthy dirty pole to open roof windows (covered in black dirt), upper floor toilet was leaking, the hairdryer was covered in dirt and the back of its filter was completely clogged and not safe to use, cracked ...

«Outstanding property fully equipped and with lots of little goodies. It was our second stay at the property, and we’d come back any time. Just a hint: the chairs at the dining room need some review. This being said: Bosham is outstanding, and the Millstream Cottage is as well.»

It was a really safe enclosure with lots for him to do ( especially the trampoline) The house was within walking distance to East Preston beach which is a lovely little pebble beach that was never busy. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance in the village ( shops, cafes etc) The house is really nice and well equipped. «Though the property was what we wanted. Phoned agent on arrival, it was obvious the property had not been checked after cleaners. Rubbish left, dishwasher full contents gone mildew. TV kept switching itself off. Though these were dealt with once reported it was a task I felt I should not have had to deal with on arrival.»
