With a surface area of 70 m², the duplex apartment is as follows:

Day area:
- Living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), armchairs, dining table, TV, DVD player, balcony and decorative fireplace.
- Semi-open-plan kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery...

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and balcony with side sea view.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a single bed.
- Mezzanine with single bed (90 cm x 190 cm)
- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin, hairdryer and WC.

Exterior:
- First floor balcony of 3 m² with two deckchairs and a small table.
- Ground floor balcony.

The duplex is located in the heart of a district classified as a "Protected Area", the roof is classified due to its particularity, located 50 m from the beach, close to the tourist office, cinema and library located less than 100 metres from the accommodation. All shops nearby, major retailers within a 3 km radius.
