In Mercus-Garrabet, we offer this charming 64 m² chalet with mountain views for rental, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 31 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 4,000 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 31 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds
- Shower room with WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 9 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather
- 4000 m² shared garden

This chalet is ideally located in Mercus-Garrabet, in a very pleasant environment. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are within easy reach.

- Cultural visits to Foix or other villages (Tarascon sur Ariège)
- Ski resorts 20 minutes away (Bielle plateau),
- Ax les thermes 40 mins away
- Numerous hiking trails available from Tarascon Tourism Office

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the chalet's private parking lot.

- Nearest train station: Foix or Tarascon sur Ariège train stations 11 km away (approx. 14 min by car).
- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac airport 105 km away ( approx. 1h 11min by car)

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.

- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €25/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or at an additional cost from our on-site service provider). Price: €60.
