"Overall the stay was excellent, the location is very good and the service is great. Pool is great, breakfast was great. I would stay here again. The rooms are a bit old/worn - but not run down. Overall nice rooms, but details are worn. The library/reception bar area could improve on drinks. We got some very strange drinks, and it was clear that the people working there has no idea on making drinks that where in the menuw"

"The reception is under renovation? Not very grand feeling in the lobby. Bad smell of sewage in the bathroom. They swapped the room for me and no smell. Only few staff seem to speak English except the reception but willingness to help is there but struggled a bit. Breakfast hall was full of uncontrollable running kids. Do not expect the 5 star feelings there at all! But they have an executive breakfast and evening buffet which looked good. The location cannot be better so very close to main shopping street."
