My house located in Menthon-Saint-Bernard, on the eastern shore of Lake Annecy, is only a few minutes walk from the village center and the shores of the lake. <br>You will be charmed by the picturesque view of the castle, the mountains and the lake.<br><br>The first floor has a large, very bright living area - cathedral living room - with kitchen open to the living room and terrace. A corridor leads to a TV area, a laundry room, several toilets, a small fitness room and a master suite composed of a beautiful bedroom with lake view overlooking the terrace, a dressing room and a bathroom with Italian shower. <br>Upstairs, a beautiful mezzanine dominates the living room and provides access to two very large bedrooms each with a breathtaking view. A bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and 1 toilet serves each of these bedrooms.<br>On the large terrace: table, BBQ and garden furniture for your aperitifs and outdoor meals, deckchairs, ping pong table. <br><br>In a very quiet area, the house is located on the edge of a large field. The terrace and the garden offer an ideal bucolic setting for those who prefer rest and relaxation. For the more active, many sports or cultural activities are in the immediate vicinity: water sports (beach, sailing, diving, ...), Lake Annecy golf club, paragliding site of Perroix / Talloires, cycle path around the lake or bike rides to attack the surrounding passes, hiking or mountain biking from the house... <br>You will also not miss the visit of the castle of Menthon, to go for a walk in the Roc de Chère, to visit Annecy and its old town...<br><br>- Free parking on site.
