Herlig b&b i vakre Mendocino
Jeg anbefaler dette lille og trivelige b&b til deg som søker ro og hygge i vakre omgivelser. Gjestfritt vertskap og deilig frokost servert på rommet. Den skjønne «cottagehagen» kommer enda bedre til sin rett når plantene står i full blomst.

We loved our short stay - Scott was incredibly welcoming and made us some incredible muffins! The handmade breakfast was also great. Location is super central & the beds were SUPER comfy!

Lovely place to stay
This was a great place to place. Scott was very friendly at checkin and made the checkin easy. The room was very pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was brought to our room in the morning and was delightful. Would highly recommend staying here.

Marvelous stay in Mendocino 😍
The Seagull Inn was one of the best, most homy places i think we have ever stayed at. Scott the inn keeper we had was amazing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, giving us recommendations for everything we wanted to do. We would recommend this B&B to everyone!

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast yogurt parfait was delicious with the OJ and coffee. I would suggest bringing your own conditioner and hair dryer if you need them. We didn’t ask but didn’t see any in the room. We drove a Tesla and there was a charger down the road we were able to use and charge overnight. We would definitely stay again.

The shed
The room we had which was called the shed was very teeny. Carpets need to be replaced, and are outdated. The room could use a good cleaning spiderwebs were up on the ceiling.

Seagull Inn, Mendocino CA
Seagull Inn host, Ian, greeted us as old friends! Wonderful breakfast, great view of the ocean, and went to sleep to the sound of the surf breaking on the shore. Once the Mendocino Cafe next door has a very loud fan, starts about 8am and stops about 10pm. Was not a big deal for us as we were not in during the day and slept after the fan went off.

Humming noise of nearby restaurant exhaust fan annoying, luckily it stopped at 9pm. Was surprised there was no indoor common lounging area like most B&Bs have. Otherwise, staff, breakfast and location was excellent.

Nice people - tired property
Nice people but the room was “tired” with a bathroom so small it was very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price charged. Excellent location.

Seagull in is in a perfect location for walking Historic downtown Mendocino. The place is very clean and very quiet. The historic building is beautiful and so are the gardens around it. There is a water shortage they are being conscientious of in some ways and yet I needed to run my shower 5 minutes to get hot water and when it was a perfect temperature I would get in it would flash hot and cold which was unnerving. There's a $25 Water fee added to the cost of this stay. I really hope they get it insta hot so that so much water is not wasted. I would bring cooler or hot kettle or something if you want something after hours. The breakfast was always lovely, brought on time with pretty flowers on the tray.

Owners and staff exceptionally warm and friendly. Garden was beautiful. My room needed a fan as there was no cross breeze possible with the door closed and I didn’t want to sleep with it open. Reminded me of Europe. Lovely historic property. Excellent breakfast, but small.

Charming B & B -- both the bed and the breakfast were excellent. Location could not have been better and parking was easy. Staff was also exceptionally friendly with helpful suggestions.
