I really like the hotel it’s self but the front desk reception was bad like I ask for Toilet paper 2 days straight and I ask for late check out then told me straight to my face I didn’t like the maintenance was only real people ask how are stay were the pool was beautiful so I think more the receptionist was not doing her job at all . There multiple receptionist like there like 4 different people doing one job so maybe that why but all different shifts idk feel like do better job with Communication bc that not it and microwave only one is downstairs there no microwave in room which I thought was weirdo

I would stay here 100 times, we have not one complaint. It is walkable to everything. The hotel beds blew me away they were so very comfortable along with the pillows. It was like sleeping on clouds. Great hotel

This hotel was more like a motel. Poor quality furniture. Unclean. Dirty used towels in our bathroom.Unsafe conditions in parking garage, no cameras. Car was broken into on hotel property garage. No one, not even security witnessed incident. Only positive was being a short walking distance to Beale street and staff were friendly. Would not recommend stay here to even my worst enemy.

The staff was rude in general . The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and there was not a single staff member to direct people in a situation that could have been dangerous. Something as simple as asking if there was coffee available in the morning…response was just a “nope” Room/building grubby and moldy. I can’t remember leaving a poor review of a hotel. This was terrible.

This was a good location. Very nice entrance. We however had to continue to go downstairs to get our key card reset. Never had this experience. When I initially entered the room the sink was messed up. We had to get the engineer to come up to fix it which when I tried to call through the phone I couldn’t get a hold of anybody. I didn’t care for some of the customer service there either. The pool area needs to be cleaned more thoroughly and some of the Funiture needs to be replaced. The windows have not been cleaned for several years. The towels were rough. We had to pay for parking which I find ridiculous. If I had known that I would have booked the Peabody.

needed an Uber to get to any dining. Hotel is safe but in an area that is being revitalized and currently is not safe to walk around. across from and next to abandoned buildings Hotel has a modern and fun interior with well appointed rooms

The rooms are nicely updated and clean. We were a bit unsure when we booked it because the ratings were lower and the price was substantially lower than the other downtown properties. But we were very pleased with the quality of the rooms, and the beds were very comfortable.

I enjoyed the mod decor of the hotel. It was giving refurbished motel. The surrounding area of the hotel was sketchy. I do not recommend parking your car on the street at night.

We were given a room key to someone's else's room when we got there and walked in on two guests, asleep in their beds in the dark. Front desk staff were disorganized and confused when we brought it to their attention. My wife and I did not get proper rest, as we did not have peace of mind and did not have faith in the staff to issue the correct room keys to their guests. We were told we could receive a parking voucher as "compensation" and were treated as if we were being overdramatic about the issue. This was the most insane and unprofessional experience we have ever had.

Very very clean hotel. Rooms are spotless. Beds are comfortable. Sheets are fabulous. The bathroom was brand new and the shower was awesome! Super cute pool area. Parking was easy. Very nice staff.

Carla Edwin’s went above and beyond to help us after we checked in. We needed to print an important document and, even though she was headed out the door to go home, she helped us as we were having difficulty. She was so professional and friendly. Because of Carla, we would highly recommend staying at Hotel Insigo. The room was ver nice and the location was perfect for walking to our favorite food/music venue The Rum Boogie Cafe. Very disappointed. Website made property look better then it was. Room was dumpy with a barn door for bathroom that didn’t fit so couldn’t close enough. Thermostat was locked at 73 and was very hot in room. They over charged us at checkout by $75. If i hadn’t shown my email from Expedia with amount they would have over charged me. Restaurant was closed for renovation but website did not tell us this We will NOT stay there again. Also when i showed clerk my email, she blames me for not showing it to her before check out.

We have won national accolades for the renovation.The barn bathroom doors are in style, and it gives more space in the bathroom. Please let me know your guest room, and I will follow up with our maintenance team to make sure nothing is wrong with the bathroom door and thermostat. Please note, our restaurant Biscuits and Jams is opening in a couple of weeks. The 75 charge is an incidental charge, and it will be removed from your account within five to seven business days after checkout.We apologize for the negative experience, but we hope you give us another chance at Hotel Indigo Memphis Downtown.

Property was fine for a short stay. Hotel felt secure and rooms were comfy. Diner on property was being renovated so no food close by. Baseball park close but no home game. Limited dining and night life outside of Beale St. area around hotel deserted after dark

Parking was a little rough for a disabled person. No good place for our dog to potty. Pet fees are ridiculous! It should be a deposit and refunded if no damage was done by the dog.

The area is totally - totally unsafe. The pool was closed. The fitness room was unusable. The restaurant for your free breakfast included was closed for “renovations” and because I booked through Expedia, they would not do anything about it. Such a horrible experience. Expedia should have known this . I feel very cheated for trusting the Expedia service for my travel arrangements

When I arrived at the property, the staff were very welcoming. The room was really clean. The hotel was in close proximity to all of the great spots.

Convenient to downtown, clean and the decorations are fun and retro. Parking convenient, staff friendly and helpful. Safe surroundings. Walking distance to a lot of good eats and coffee.

The bedroom lacks air circulation and ventilation, the bathroom has no exhaust fan. There's no soundproofing; I can hear conversations and laughter from neighboring rooms until nearly midnight. Additionally, there's constant noise from water pipes throughout the night. In the morning, the cleaning staff are very loud while talking to each other. It's not recommended for anyone seeking a quiet stay due to the lack of soundproofing.
