Road trip to see the solar eclipse
This home was comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood, and met our needs perfectly. Made it to Graceland and Beale St while we were in Memphis.

Location was close to Graceland and downtown Memphis. Our biggest problem was the construction going on which had nothing to do with the property or owners.

Family Friendly
Great job of integrating antiques with more modern furnishings. Please bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry soap as there is not any provided. Be aware, the house is next to the freeway and railroad tracks. My ears are sensitive so I could hear the noise from them however, it was not too intrusive in the bedrooms. The sink and the bathtub finishing is chipping and needs to be replaced. There are many airfreshners in the house, but you can still catch whiffs of staleness.

Thank You for your feedback! As I previous provided sample soap, conditioner and lotion complimentary, most guest did not use them so once it was finally gone I decided not to order more and it was removed from my provided Amenities list. After communicating with guest I found being provided 2 full linen closets, complimentary cold breakfast corner and cold refreshments were more Welcoming! There is a washer and dryer in the home but laundry detergent is not a listed amenity! As a Premier Host I will continously Strive in providing Great Service!

March Madness
My 3 buddies and I travelled to Memphis for the NCAA games...we enjoyed the VRBO and it's location to downtown...neighborhood was quiet,,,everything was as advertised,,,we spent a lot of time in the pool table room!

Fun Week
2 of my sisters and I, plus a friend stayed an entire week here. We had a fantastic time! Property is as shown in listing and was well located for all our activities: Graceland, the Civil Rights Museum, Beale Street, Tom Lee Park, good eating, shopping, and more.

We loved it!
We very much enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very clean and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood really was very quiet and peaceful. I was concerned about traffic noise when I saw that it was located right next to the interstate but we never heard any traffic noise at all. Daphne was very responsive and even let us know that the house was available earlier than expected. The living areas were comfortable and we enjoyed some of the cool little pieces of decor. We had absolutely no complaints and will certainly stay here again.

Graceland Bound
Amazing spot. In a nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Graceland, Beale St and the Mississippi River. House is amazing and cozy. Host is spectacular. Will stay again😊
