"Bra hotell, men trenger litt oppussing. Særlig når det gjelder air condition. Var mye tull med vårt rom og de hadde ikke ny som kunne byttes. Fikk tilbud om ekstra vifte. Heldigvis var det ikke alt for varmt på rommet. God og enkel frokost. God service. Gode senger. Veldig bra plassering og mange restauranter i nærheten."

"It is a perfect location, close to the central Station and the buss terminal. All the tourist area was around us and people very helpful to inform us. One blond tall lady that worked at the evening at the checking counter the 11th. Of june, was not very polite... We just asked if we could have the Ice Cream we were promessed at the check-ing in the afternoon and she was not very happy that we asked for it. We only offer when it is hot outside and now is not so hot. But if you were promessed then I have to give it to you! THIS WAS NOT NECESSARY! IT WAS JUST AN ICE CREAM. The rest of the employees were very helpful and polite."

"Nice and clean room. No gluten free options for bread/musli etc. at the breakfast. The food was marked with allergens in numbers, but I could not find what numbers represented which allergen, and the staff didn’t know either. I have attached an example of what this looked like."
