Mono Lux is an exclusive 2-bed apartment on the ground floor of a residence with swimming pool just 10 meters from the beach, between San Foca and Torre Specchia Ruggeri, marine of Melendugno.
The solution is complete with all accessories: air conditioning, kitchenette with induction plate, electric stove, TV, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, mosquito net on the front door, safe, coffee maker.
The facility has a laundry room available to guests. Pets are allowed.

The
Mono Lux is a well-maintained and well-finished studio apartment,
located on the ground floor of Residence Punta Cassano, in a large
garden.
The interior is well finished, cozy and bright. The
entrance is into a living room with an open kitchenette, small table and
chairs, and 1 double bed. Original detail that makes the room unique and exclusive is the beautiful glass shower in the room.
The furniture of Mono Lux is new and of excellent quality, with contemporary and refined lines.
In
front of the apartment`s entrance, connected by a lovely driveway there
is an outdoor area of exclusive relevance, in the shade of a lovely
pergola: here you can dine outside in the cool.

Staying at Mono Lux you can enjoy all the shared facilities in the residence. There is a beautiful swimming pool in the green, surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, several relaxation areas, others dedicated to sports and nature.
Common areas for all guests inside the residence are the largegarden with a bar area, showers, relaxation area, and recreation area with a beach tennis court and garden games, such as checkers and chess at eye level, arelaxation areawith a Jacuzzi and solarium, a pond, and a botanical trail.
There is a pool table
and relaxing sofa corner in the lobby. Laundry is shared, in the
basement of the facility, where there is a storage room for any beach
equipment: use of the washing machine is charged. Private, reserved
parking space is located next to the facility.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Shared pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared washing machine, Jacuzzi, ping-pong table, and beach tennis court.
- All units have a shared hallway/entry area before access to the individual one-bedroom apartments. 
- Studio apartment without windows; only the main entrance door is equipped with a mosquito screen. 
- Bathroom without windows.
