The accommodation is on the first floor and features a living room with a sofa bed, a cozy fireplace, and a spacious, well-equipped adjoining kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with bunk beds) and a bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Outside, you'll find a large furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Start your day with a cup of coffee, enjoy meals together, and end the evening with a glass of wine under the stars.



A supermarket is 900 m away (about 12 minutes on foot), while restaurants, bars, and cafés are just 450 m away (about 6 minutes on foot). The historic center of Otranto, famous for its unique scenery, can be reached in 30 minutes by car (21 km) and offers many shops and historical sites. The sandy beaches of Lido L'Isola Briganti and Spiaggia San Foca are 750 m (10 minutes on foot) and 300 m (5 minutes on foot) away respectively.
