The Ginger House is a place for you to slow down, indulge in the sunny summer nostalgia, and let your heart be nourished in a quiet beach town. A place thoughtfully designed for good conversations with friends, bonding time with family by the pool, and watching your beloved pets playing in the backyard.

If you're craving some outdoor experiences, the town is also full of hidden gems such as the "one of a kind" bioluminescent kayaking, turtle night walks in the summer, sunset gazing on the beach and ziplining through the tress above animals at the zoo. In addition, we're only 50 minutes away from Disney World and some amazing freshwater springs that you can snorkel and spot manatees in their natural habitat.

Guest access
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with a code. The house is set up completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway closet and garage (other than washer and dryer).

Other things to note
The house is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, linen beddings, washer and dryer in-unit, Vietnamese specialty coffee from Nguyen Coffee Supply and brewing devices, pool with floaties and lounge chairs for all manner of sunbathing, outdoor firepit, board games, books, and smart TV that allows sign-in to your favorite subscriptions.

· Board games are underneath the TV and Spike ball set in the kitchen closet, next to all bowls/plates.
· Small table set up with monitor and headphone for remote working.
· The pool is being maintained on a weekly basis for you to enjoy. We have beach towels and portable lounge chairs if you want to head to the beach.
· The covered back patio is perfect for chilling and book reading.
· If extra parking is necessary for a boat/trailer/RV you may park parallel on the right side of the driveway.
· The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.

We hope you can be respectful of our home and our belongings. Most of our furniture and home goods are secondhand / vintage that we sourced with care. A lot of time, effort and love has gone into making this space as comfortable as possible for you and we hope to share it for a long time coming.

Perfect house for our family of 5 and communication was above and beyond expectations. The hosts were flexible and easy to work with. They responded to every message I sent within 10 minutes. The home had everything we needed, including ample kitchen items for cooking. We enjoyed the pool and backyard and appreciated access to beach and pool gear. The layout of the home gave us all space to spread out and the decor was unique and fun. Overall 10/10 for us

House was nice and cool. Beds, clean and comfortable, bathrooms clean and decent size. Once the pool lady came , the pool was very nice. No rail to get in and out of. Several minor repairs needed, I communicated that to the management. All in all we got good rest.

The Cozy Ginger Home

We enjoyed our stay. The weather was great and the pool was an asset. There should be some clean up of leaves as they get blown back in the pool. Older pool equipment that is just laying beside the house needs to be tossed or put into a storage bin. All in all it’s in a quiet neighborhood and would stay again if in Florida.

Cute house

The house is a nice Fl concrete ranch with open floor plan - tiled floors- a pool- updated kitchen and a nice effort at themed decor. Challenges- missing glasses,(sparse supply) foam mattresses saggy and uncomfortable in master - upholstered furniture dirty even after requested “cleaning” was done. Multiple issues on check in needed to be resolved including a mysterious leak in the laundry - leaking outdoor pool filler hose, quirky entry system- so we had to send many back and forth messages which was tiring. Property folks very responsive. Everything was resolved except for the pool didn’t ever seem to get cleaned but we still used it and it was nice. . Also as a prior guest had mentioned the privacy glass in the window of the second bath shower has worn off and so we had to cover that up with tin foil. Oh and yes they also want you to pay outside the platform which was super frustrating as if I understand the fine print correctly it voids your VRBO guarantee. .Screen porches also nice and updated appliances with tea kettle and coffee maker. Very mixed bag- definitely not the usual experience we have on Vrbo.

Perfect pool getaway!

Arrived from Buffalo & 14 degrees. We immediately jumped in the perfectly heated pool and it was paradise! House is clean & well appointed. They even provided a drip coffee machine & coffee!! Not those horrible kcup machines.. ew.

We stayed at this property as part of my partner's birthday weekend. The communication with the host was outstanding and they provided exact details on how to check in and out. The house was so cute and cozy, i loved the low lighting they had on, it really made it feel like home. We enjoyed the firepit outside and even took a little dip in the heated pool. The kitchen is amazing, i tried the coffee in the morning that was provided and absolutely loved it. The host really made us feel welcome and i would love to stay here again the future!

Our Recent Stay at the Thai · Cozy Ginger Home

Overall, my family enjoyed our stay at the Thai · Cozy Ginger Home Pros: Great Location: Close to Melbourne downtown, beaches, I-95, restaurants, and grocery stores, making it convenient for outings. Cleanliness: The house was spotless, with access to cleaning supplies like a broom, dustpan, and vacuum. Beach Gear: Beach chairs and a cooler were provided and much appreciated. Backyard & Pool: The well-maintained backyard and pool were a highlight for our family. Good Communication: The property management company was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Cons: Booking Process: The booking was handled outside the Vrbo platform and involved a separate payment site, which was confusing and inconvenient. Payment Issues: The property management site didn’t accept my debit card, forcing me to use a credit card instead. Bathroom Privacy: The bathroom with the bathtub had a window with worn privacy film, allowing people in the covered back patio to see in, which was uncomfortable. Despite a few issues with booking and privacy, the property’s location, cleanliness, and amenities made for an enjoyable family vacation.

Welcome Family to Florida

My husband and grown daughter came over to the space coast to welcome my sister and her husband and "Rocky"{their Yorkie} to Patrick Space Force and his new job. I selected the Cozy Ginger house because Rocky could visit us. The pool was a great addition. Although the trip was only two nights, we enjoyed the home and amenities. We plan to return and visit often. There we a couple of items that I feel need attention and I left the host a note, especially the step down into the living room needs to be marked. The pool does not have a hand rail at the steps. Overall it was great.

Perfect getaway and family vacation!!

The Cozy Ginger home did not disappoint! This older Floridian home nestled in a well established neighborhood leaves a guest wondering if they picked a jewel, but once inside, you quickly appreciate the attention to detail and thoughtfulness that Pedro and Laura have given their guests to ensure the utmost comforts of home. From the adequate towels for daily showers and days spent in the pool to the pet towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, access to laundry detergent, a welcome bottle of wine and cookies, there isn’t anything they haven’t thought of to make your stay away from home as comfortable as possible! The back patio over looks the pool and is a perfect spot to enjoy an evening glass of wine while reading a book, watching your children play in the pool or your pet enjoy the spacious yard. During our stay, the internet became unavailable but after contacting the hosts, they deployed their reliable tech Ben who quickly resolved the self inflicted problem (router accidentally became unplugged). The neighborhood is quiet and safe for you to enjoy the oasis that awaits. The only downside to our stay was that there is only one TV in the house in a shared space (living room). While I understand the hosts may want to promote family engagement and memory making, I would have appreciated the option of having a TV in each room to enjoy should we want to have some down time away from the family. All in all, I would recommend this property. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable
