Disappointed
Three star. No cloths, towels or sink detergent in kitchenette. Insufficient glasses, cups and cutlery. Had to chase up ordered rollaway bed. Then had to follow up extra towels, dressing gown, etc. Cleaning staff dropped and left dirty cloths in room. Location- excellent. Price- expensive (and reception took full fee despite feedback). Wont stay there again

This property was really surprising. Despite the rooms feeling a little tired they were comfortable and large and the staff were excellent. The price is amazing for the location and size of room. The bonus and my favourite was the pool sauna and spa on the top level. For this price you won’t get these amenities at any other property I’ve stayed at in Melbourne.

Staff service at counter at check in was slow and they allowed other people to jump ahead/push in. Some of the interior walls and fittings are damaged and ageing and plumbing in room poor to the point we needed change rooms. But still very clean. Hotel facilities are great and so is the location.

The room I had the spa made more noise then it did working . It was poor I was disappointed with the in room spa. Not worth the money I spent for that room . The upstairs communal spa was good of course but If I wanted a communal spa I would've found a cheaper option . The room was a lil untidy other then that the service was good.

We had to change rooms, partner got stuck inthe bathroom, the second room was in front of a biulding site, woke up at 630, every morning , cleaning staff very noisy , putting garbage bags in stair well and letting door slamand letting door slam, food and hospitalty was very good
