This modern, light and spacious family beach house sleeps 8 and is conveniently located within a short stroll of Sorrento beaches, parks and shops and restaurants. 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 generous family living rooms, NBN, sound system, children’s toys and board games, billiard/pool room and fenced-in lawn and garden area allow your family to make the most of their holiday. Glass panels fold back to open up the internal meals area onto a generous, wisteria-shaded deck, plumbed-in gas BBQ an outdoor table setting. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, modern electric oven and cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, a comprehensive range of cooking equipment and basic cooking supplies. Gas and solid fuel fires, split-system air-conditioning and overhead fans ensure your comfort throughout the house in any season. The children will be entertained in the fully fenced sun drenched garden and for indoor time, they have a pool table and second living room. This family holiday home has a true sense of charm having been holidayed by in by the owners over generations. There are two living spaces one with a gas fire and the second with a wood open fire. All on one level and zoned with families in mind.
