Other things to note
Failure to adhere to scheduled check-in or check-out times may incur a call-out fee of up to $150.

- A $400 fee will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.

- Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in a $300 cleaning fine.

- Please leave the space tidy and clean upon checkout.

- No parties or events are allowed on the premises.

- A $50 delivery fee applies for returning any forgotten items.
🔑 Keys & Building Access
Only 1 set of keys/fobs is provided.
Lost or misplaced keys/fobs will incur a AUD $400 replacement fee.
Please do not let strangers follow you into the building or lifts (no tailgating).
Only registered guests on the booking may access the apartment.
No subletting, commercial filming, photography, or business use is allowed.

If you miss your check-in time a callout fee of $50-100.00 will be incurred as the call out fee.

🤫 Noise & Neighbour Etiquette
Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Please keep voices, music, and TV volume low during these hours.
🔇 No parties, loud gatherings, or large groups.
The building monitors noise levels. Any party or serious noise issue may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

🚫 Do not hang laundry, towels, or other items over the balcony railing.
Never throw or drop anything from the balcony.
Throwing or dropping items from the balcony may result in immediate eviction.

🚭 No Smoking
Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. If smoking is confirmed, guests may be charged for additional cleaning, deodorising, or any related damage costs. A $300.00 cleaning fee will be applied for breaching this rule. This rule is in place for building fire safety and to prevent smoke from affecting other residents.

🚗 Parking
If parking is provided:
Please use only the assigned parking space. Parking on-site that`s free of charge - 1 Space only.
🚫 Do not park in another resident`s space.
Vehicles parked in the wrong space may be towed at the car owner`s expense.

🚫 No Pets Allowed.

⏰ Open from 7 AM and 10 PM Monday – Sunday.
Please follow all posted building rules.
👥 Visitors and outside day guests are not permitted to use the facilities.
These facilities may occasionally be closed due to maintenance, repairs, safety issues, or building management decisions.
We do not control the operation or availability of these shared facilities. No refund or compensation will be provided if the pool, gym, or other shared amenities are temporarily unavailable.

🗑️ Rubbish
Please tie all rubbish bags securely before placing them in the rubbish chute on your level.

🧳 Check-Out
Check-out time: 10:00 AM

Before leaving, please:
-Lock all doors and windows.
-Please clean and load & run the dishwasher prior to checkout.
-Turn off all lights and air conditioning using the black switch by the front door.
-Return all keys and fobs to the Keynest secure drop-off point as instructed.
-Please make sure all fobs are returned, as missing fobs can prevent the next guest from accessing the building.
