Truly an Oasis This was our 2nd vacation at Tropical Oasis. We are outdoor people and we love this place! The backyard is truly amazing! We spent all our time outside enjoying the pool, playing pickle ball and corn hole, watching baseball games on the outdoor TV, relaxing on the comfortable outdoor furniture, and hot tubbing in the evening. We love the painted Melbourne mural on the side of the detached garage where we took lots of family photos!This house is very clean, comfortable, and fun! Morgan has thought of everything to create a memorable stay! She is very attentive and replies quickly. Thank you Morgan!LOVE your little OASIS!

Outdoor area nice but Beds hard as rocks

I will start with the positive. The house was clean. And the owners were very responsive I wanted to love this place but I could not because of the beds and furniture. All of them, especially the master bedroom are hard as rocks. I had my mom and my son switch with me and try master bed and everyone agreed this wasn’t just something I was saying. So if you do not like a hard bed, DO NOT rent this house. My back hurt in the morning each morning and I ended up sleeping on an air mattress,. In the living room. It was that uncomfortable. If you’re there to relax with family, the furniture was a BIG downer for me. The couch was also very uncomfortable, and the two chairs in the living room were also hard and uncomfortable. This was a staycation so we were there to hang in the home and be together and relax and visit. When I’m paying this amount of money I think the bed should be comfortable and the sitting area should be comfortable for that price. I was very disappointed. Also, the previous people did not empty the trash so when we arrived All 3 cans were full and taking up driveway, so we had to move the previous peoples garbage around at the beginning and at the end of our stay. Lots of flies. no ice. Ice maker cloggedSo ice was a trickle. They said that cleaners turned it off probably but not true. It was barely making ice by the third day. Needs repair a bummer when you’re having a family gathering and you need ice.

Great Family Getaway!

We just spent four days at this property and had a wonderful time. The house itself is lovely and comes equipped with everything you could need or want. The backyard is huge and beautiful. The home is about 15 minutes away from any number of gorgeous beaches. The owners were very responsive to our questions. If we hadn’t already booked another place we could have easily stayed longer.

Great house for large family vacation with lots to do without ever leaving!!

Great property and they seem to have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and have lots of fun things to do! There are a lot of games, pool toys and numerous outdoor activities and plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for indoor cooking and grilling and they provide coffee pods, sugar and cream, dish soap and dishwasher pods. Only cons - pool vacuum required to be in the pool 24/7; there are a lot of no-seeums, mosquitoes, flies and wasps and my DIL got stung-needs professional pest control (we are Floridians, but this was excessive); old loud clanky A/C handler in living area - hopefully, they replace SOON!! Everything else was wonderful!!

Tropical Oasis

Hi! My family and I loved the stay here at Tropical Oasis! It was extremely clean, the house was stocked with everything you might need including Beach chairs and accessories! My children lived in the pool which was crystal clear our whole stay! The owners replied right away and fixed issues right away. This is the nicest home we have ever rented and would stay here again if we were ever in Melbourne!

Relaxing with family

Our family had a great time and there was a lot to do for everyone! Everything we needed was already there, just a trip to the store for some groceries. Relaxing was the goal for this trip and that was easily accomplished! The pool and spa were perfect, as was the game room and shaded deck. I would recommend this property to anyone!

The Host Morgan was very accommodating and always available, we brought the whole family down including dogs. The yard and deck were amazing, kids enjoyed the pool and adults the hot tub. Very relaxing home with foosball table to get the competitive juices flowing. Large TVs to watch football games and well equipped kitchen. We would definitely come back.

Great Getaway

Morgan was very responsive throughout our entire stay. She provided recommendations for beaches and restaurants. The interior of the home was so cozy, yet also modern. The backyard is the place to be though! We spent almost our entire trip in the backyard. Amazing pool with plenty of pool toys and floats. You can tell a lot of effort was put into the details of making sure the home has everything you need during your stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place to stay!

We had 10 girls stay at Morgan’s home for a bachelorette party and it was perfect! Plenty of sleeping space for a large group. The outdoors area with the pool, hot tub, and deck was amazing. Everything we possibly could have asked for and close to the beach!

Loved it!!!

It was beautifully clean! I absolutely loved the private, fenced in back yard with the pool and the spa. I didn't have to worry that my little dog would wander away ( or my 2yo grandson). The washer and drier were awesome to have for a 2 week stay. They provided a laundry basket in each room to make it easy. Morgan the owner was extremely helpful and responded immediately to any concern or question I had, even providing me her cell # if I needed to call. And I mean immediately! She was phenomenally responsive. This was very important to me. The beds were new and comfy. There was a tv in the master bedroom which my husband loved. There were a ton of eating/shopping places around and tons of places nearby to visit. I would absolutely rent this again. And who can beat 80 degree temps in winter time? There was a high chair and a pack and play and baby floaties in the shed which helped tremendously with our 2yo grandson. The only drawback was the BBQ grill (which was brandy new and never used) had a broken igniter. Morgan immediately sent 2 people to try to fix it (unfortunately it was a manufacturer issue and couldn't be fixed) but then she overnight delivered fire starters so we could still use the grill. The pool guy came twice in our stay to make sure the pool was working well and clean. Garbage pickup was twice a week. The lawn guys came at least once in our stay to make sure the property was maintained. The master bathroom had an amazing rainfall shower. This was way better than any hotel I've stayed in. And did I mention I really enjoyed our private pool area? We really felt at home for our 2 week stay!

Our vacation in Melbourne Fl.

We loved our stay at this property. It was just as pictured and described. Beautiful home and landscaping. The back yard is definitely an oasis for sure. Close to everything we needed and even got to see a rocket take off. Met some of the neighbors , very nice people. Will definitely be booking this property again. Beautiful home!

The home was amazing, clean with lots of options for entertaining the whole family. The owner really took the time to make sure you have everything you needed. My wife and I and our 5 kids ages 10-21had a blast. It's in a very nice neighborhood that is close to everything, shopping, food and the beaches. We will definitely be back to visit again.

Awesome!

Absolutely the best vacation rental we have had yet! We rented this house to be able to attend and then celebrate our son’s graduation from Florida Tech. Our family of 8 and our dog Timber thoroughly enjoyed the backyard oasis! It was so relaxing and fun! We spent a lot of time in the salt waterpool and in the hammock. We played tons of cornhole and took lots of photos in front of the beautiful Melbourne mural painted on the wall. The house inside is beautifully updated and inviting. Morgan is a wonderful host who has thought of everything to accommodate her guests and is a great communicator. We love this property and hope to come back every year! Thanks Morgan!
