Inside, you'll find 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, with both bedrooms featuring comfortable Queen beds. The light-filled open-plan living area flows onto a private balcony, creating a lovely spot to relax with a coffee or a glass of wine. A fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy, while the laundry facilities, secure parking for one vehicle, and split-system heating and cooling ensure a comfortable stay in every season. Lift access is available to both the apartment and the shared rooftop terrace, where guests can enjoy sweeping views across Port Phillip Bay and towards Arthurs Seat.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
