Stort rom med god plass til kofferter og garderobeplass. God beliggenhet i sentrum med gangavstand til mange kjøpesenter, restauranter og barer. Kort vei til gratis offentlig trikkeruter.

The hotel was very clean, easy parking, good communication with staff. Customer service was pretty good from most of the staff. We have some issue with the heater in our room during the night. We pay extra for parking and breakfast which was previously informed to us so no issues with this. Southern cross station is just 700mts from Hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful for our whole stay, it was convenient to alot of activities, shopping and dining, the only down side is the whole pool 1.5 mts deep which ment our 7 year old son couldn't swim in it, but that's ok tho.

Location in front of the police station makes it noisier and close to the train & central bus station makes it a place where you find a lot of different people out on the street. The hotel feels a little run down and breakfast was spartan and felt like you were back in the 1970’s. Personnel were very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious enough for a 2 night stay. There's abit of mold in the bathroom but overall I had a comfortable stay. Concierge team was also very helpful and easy to deal with. Smooth check in and out thanks to them.

The location is great to access public transportation and also walkable to restaurants and Queen Victoria market. The hotel doesn’t offer any help with your luggage upon checking in. Also, it doesn’t look like the front desk staff cares about how difficult it is for some of the customers to drag their suitcases. The hotel room has very old and rundown carpet. By looking underneath the bed one day, it is very dirty.

Great value for money with easy access to CBD. We used the skybus to and from airport and hotel is only a 5 min walk from the train and bus terminus. Tram stop was outside hotel. Our room was a bit tired and we could hear the fans from other nearby bathrooms, but not enough to disturb. Nice to have room serviced everyday. Small fridge in unit and ice dispensing machines available. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was our second stay at the Atlantis hotel. I like how convenient it is to the skybus and public transport. Staff at the desk were friendly and always willing to answer questions. A few things missing from room which lowered my score slightly, needs a bin in the room - the only one was in the bathroom. Also could have done with spoons with the coffee cups.

The Atlantis was nice and central to a lot of shops and restaurants, with access to the free trams and the subway nearby aswell. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were great, friendly and helpful.

Staff very helpful and great service. Location great if travelling through Southern Cross station, but not a lot happening this end if town. Room was small and windows backed onto facade of other buildings and no views. Pool is not heated.

Amazing staff, excellent service! The hotel staff went above and beyond at check in and throughout my stay, they were extremely helpful with directions and transport options, as well as answering any questions i had. Great hotel, fantastic location opposite Southern Cross Station.

The room we stayed in is spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. The hotel location is very convenient. Easy access to public transportation. Improvement that I would like to see: 1) There is no door at the shower stall. Shower water tend to splash onto bathroom floor. 2) There is no towel rack in the bathroom. No place to hang and dry towels.
