The homes sit next door to each other on a large corner lot. Offering the unique opportunity to combine the properties to make one large compound for your stay. Combined, you'll have a total of 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Pools can be heated to 85 deg in cold months. ($50 per night for both pools) 19 miles to USSSA Sports Complex. 4 miles to beaches.

Home #1 - "Greenway"
MAIN LIVING AREA: Enter this private home into the open living space that has 3 huge sliders overlooking the pool from all areas. Features a custom kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher and built in microwave), large island with bar and seating for 3. Dining room with seating for 8. Large living room with sleeper sofa.

MASTER: Huge, bright master bedroom with private bath features double vanities, granite countertops and oversized floor to ceiling tiled shower. Sliders lead to the pool and outdoor entertainment area.

2ND BEDROOM: King bedroom with direct access into 2nd bathroom that has double vanities, granite countertops, deep tub/shower combo with floor to ceiling tile.

2ND BATHROOM: Hall bath features double vanities, granite countertops, deep tub/shower combo with floor to ceiling tile.

3RD BEDROOM: King bedroom shares Jack and Jill bathroom with 4th bedroom.

3RD BATHROOM: Jack and Jill bath shared by 3rd and 4th bedroom, features single vanity and walk in shower with floor to ceiling tile.

KING MASTER BEDROOM #1: King bedroom with en-suite full bathroom with shower.

KING BEDROOM #2: Shares Hall Bath

KING BEDROOM #3: Shares Hall Bath

TWO QUEEN BEDROOM #4: Large, bright, bedroom with full bath and private entrance.

GAME ROOM: Game Room with two twin beds, 55" TV, ping pong table, adn couches.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING AREAS: Outdoor table and 6 chairs in screened in pool enclosure.

HEATED POOLS: Optional pool heating at $50/day for both pools. Pools will maintain 84 degrees Fahrenheit. Pefect for enjoying the pools in cooler months. Please note this is NOT a hot tub - 84 does not feel like a warm bath or hot tub. If it is warm outside, the pool feels cool. If it is cold outside, the heaters do their best to keep temp at 84 degrees but, if we are experiencing very cold weather, it may drop slightly below 84 degrees.

Centrally located just minutes to Downtown Melbourne, 4 miles to beautiful beaches and minutes to shopping, restaurants and more.

Approximately 1 hour from Orlando Airport (MCO)

Both homes include the following:

Basics: Dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, flatware, utensils, glasses, coffee pot (Keurig), All bedding, linens, pillows, towels.

Fun Items: Beach/Pool towels and propane grill.

Not "Fun" Items: Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, some cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, kitchen soaps, shampoo/conditioner, broom and dustpan, vacuum.

Full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, blow dryer.

NOT PROVIDED: Food or pantry items of any kind, toiletries, personal items.
