Welcome to your beautiful beachside oasis east of the A1A and steps to one of the most private beaches. The house resides in the Golden Triangle which is the most sought after neighborhood in Melbourne Beach. Steps to the sand, shops, restaurants, and more.

Enjoy days at the beach playing in the sand and the ocean, and return home to your own private backyard oasis with mature/lush landscaping and a sparkling salt water pool. The perfect atmosphere for outdoor entertaining and poolside grilling.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms it’s the ideal home for a large family gathering, or a trip with friends. Enjoy a vacation with comfort, style, and all the amenities.

This beautiful vacation home offers plenty of room for everyone in your group to have their own space.

With two screened porches, multiple living areas, two large dining areas (indoor & out), a backyard oasis w/pool, four bedrooms, and three full bathrooms.

If you're looking for clean and NEW then look no further, this home was upgraded with ALL NEW FURNISHINGS and professionally decorated in October 2020.

For the primary guest there is a private upstairs master suite with a private balcony and stairs that lead to the backyard and pool.

The two queen rooms are perfect for couples or friends who are sharing. The twin room includes a new, modern trundle bed that can sleep two.

The kitchen and dining areas are spacious and include all of the amenities needed to cook and host.

Your walk to the beach is short and sweet. You do have to walk along the shoulder of the A1A (which can be busy at times) past two houses, but after that your walk is pleasant and serene. There is no parking on the street in our neighborhood which makes our beach very private. Even during the busiest summer holidays our beach is almost empty!

We have some additional gear for you to use during your stay:
- beach gear: beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, beach mats, boogie boards,
- children’s toys in the house if you have kids
-We also have a pack n play & a stroller that can be used (please send a message if you would like to use these baby items so I can make sure they are clean and ready for use:)

**minimum rental age is 26**
PLEASE NOTE: NO large gatherings or parties. The Town of Melbourne beach is very strict with maximum occupancy. MAXIMUM occupancy is 8 guests on property at any time. The MAXIMUM number of vehicles on the property at any time is 4. NO trailers, boats, RVs are allowed to park on the premises. This is a direct ordinance from the town of Melbourne Beach. Must be respectful to other neighbors and homes surrounding the vacation rental. Quiet time hours from 8pm - 8am.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a fireplace pictured but it is not functioning and therefore guests cannot use. It is not listed as an amenity. Thank you

Clean home with all necessary amenities. Erica was very responsive to all questions. She allowed us a later check out due to our flight leaving in the evening. We enjoyed the location and local businesses. Melbourne Beach Market is awesome! Walking distance to anything you need. Highly recommend East Coast Fishing Charters and Captain Don. Lots of fun and enough fish caught for two meals for 5 people. We would love to return to the area in the future! Thank you Erica for making our stay the best possible family vacation!

Lovely place

The house was beautiful. Great location and very close to the beach. Our family made ever lasting memories that will never be forgotten. We enjoyed our time and stay. The only thing we weren't happy with was that we found the house to be dirty when we arrived. There were fingerprints and smudges all over the windows, mirrors, refrigerator, and doors. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets that were put away with food stuck all over them (hadnt been washed at all). Needless to say i spent the first hour cleaning the house because i was grossed out. The microwave vent grill fell off when we tried to use it, wouldn't go back on. It was also challenging to cook dinner there, not very many pots and pans and glasses to drink from. We had to buy bowls, tupperware, and drinking glasses. We left the bowls and Tupperware for future guests. We also had to buy coat hangers because there were only 5 in each room. We also left those for future guests. The pool is really small, looks bigger in photos. Because the pool is small it stays really hot, like warm bath water, therefore it wasn't refreshing to swim in at all, was too hot! I think the owner should put more thought into the cleanliness of the home and families that are staying for more than a week. Overall it was a nice place.

First time in Melbourne- great location

The house is re-done, mid-40s bungalow style, with all the amenities. Erica was very communicative. The provided snacks were a welcome sight at the end of a long drive. Beach access was relatively close and we had almost completely to ourselves - maybe due to time of year, but really nice. All the beach amenities were provided which was great. Photo is of us at our ‘private’ beach. Only issue was air handler is in the close of one of the bedrooms and is quite loud. We tried to manage by running the associated A/C more during day, and raising temp at night to keep it from coming on..

Relaxing Mothers Day weekend

Great place!

We can’t thank Erica enough for hosting us last minute after our vacation plans on the west coast of Florida were disrupted by the hurricane. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in the perfect place. The house was immaculate, and every detail was just right. The highlight was definitely the pool – it was incredibly private and beautifully maintained. We spent entire days just floating and relaxing, which was exactly what we needed. Great Time at Melbourne

The home itself was amazing, spacious and very well located. Very close to the beach as well as local grocery stores and restaurants. We can not say enough great things about this house. It’s beautiful and so relaxing the pool was awesome and when we did have question on something, Erica was very responsive. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable and had its own access to the pool area. Cant wait to go back and employee the area more. Perfect Vacation Getaway

Great Family Getaway!

The property was absolutely beautiful! It had more than enough room for the 8 of us that stayed. The beds, while not perfectly comfortable, were comfortable enough for our week stay. The linens and towels were fresh when we got there. The pool was a cool 74 degrees by mid day in early April, perfect for the weather we had. The short 5 minute walk to the beach was perfect. The beach was so nice and private. Erica was the easiest to get a hold of and responded quickly with anything we asked. We are definitely adding this to our list of places when we return to Melbourne Beach!

Wonderful Family & Friends Gathering

We’ve stayed here previously, but this year the grandchildren visited for the first time. Erica provided 2 Pack & Plays, so we were able to have one upstairs and another downstairs for baby naps. We like the Melbourne Beach area, and while there are good places to eat out, we usually grill and make our own meals, and the house lends itself to family gatherings. The downstairs area offers a large table for sharing meals and ample room to gather and socialize. The patio/pool area is relaxing and has another large table for eating and gathering outside. The pool is not heated, so you need to depend on hot sunny days, but it is nicely cleaned and cared for. Erica did an excellent job responding to any issues we had during our stay.
