Birthday Getaway

Absolutely loved our stay. Our bedroom had a Great ocean view. The beds were comfortable. The placeWas very clean. We had an easy check in and clear communication from the host. It was a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend 10/10

Superb location at beach

This is a really nice place at Melbourne Beach for our family stay. We stayed a week to visit family. We loved walking on the beach, seeing a rocket launch and having a swimming pool at our doorstep. Highly recommended.

GREAT LOCATION & COZY PLACE TO STAY!!!

We had a great time! The lay out is kind of strange as the "Master Bedroom does not have a door and is right off the kitchen. But it was very clean, cozy and the location was amazing!!! Right on the beach, the game room was fun and we also hung out in the pool!

Relaxing and quiet location

Enjoyed our stay, beautiful location. The Host is very friendly, unfortunately no verbal english communication with the host, only through texting. Lots of items to use for the beach, and a nice clubhouse to use for everyone.

Perfect

Rooms were great- love that we had all we needed to make our own meals. Appreciated the decks, the views, the salt water pool and the onsite laundry. The beds and linens were excellent. The onsite staff were super friendly and very helpful. The access to the beach was excellent and the use of the property's toys and chairs was great.

They let us check in early when we arrived. The place was tidy and well kept up. Check in was smooth and easy. We called the host on the first day and never received a call back. The pictures and description of the room are not very accurate. The downstairs is large with a king bed and living space. The kitchen does not have an oven so not a full kitchen. Downstairs bathroom is very very small. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, only one has a door. The bathroom upstairs is bigger and there is a small kitchenette. 2 upstairs balconies: One overlooks the parking lot (the only private one) and the other overlooks the pool which was a shared space with the other townhouses. Can vaguely see the water from the balcony. We thought we were getting a beachfront view but it definitely was not. We enjoyed the pool. There was beachchairs and sand toys to be used by guests. A fun game room that the kids enjoyed and some outdoor play areas. It worked but it was not as private as we would have liked.

Peaceful Beach!

Could'nt be happier! During the Spring Break congestion in Florida, we found this gem. Away from all the hussle and bussle we relaxed by the pool and enjoyed the private beach, which most days was just our family and no else around!! AMAZING!

Great rental

We had a great time. Property was well maintained, good communication, excellent location. Only thing I would say is that the air conditioning in the unit was not the best (upstairs). Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend and return!

The views of the beach and access were great, no English' speaking assistance available on sight. Made it difficult to communicate the need for new towels and face cloths. Travel was required for meals only one restaurant within walking distance all other 4 + miles. All in all stay was enjoyable .

Wonderful location!

The Blue View is a wonderful weekend getaway- the porch and access to the beach was outstanding and exactly what we wanted. The beds were very comfortable and we greatly appreciated the beach towels provided and the onsite laundry. Only drawback was the kitchen- the listing said full kitchen but there is no oven and extremely minimal cooking implements. We know the area has very few restaurants and we like to cook. Other than that issue a great weekend- thank you!

Perfection!

I cannot say enough about this property and location. The property was immaculately clean. All you need has been though of. It was perfect for 2 couples as each floor level has everything needed so each can have privacy - so in other words it 2 complete apartments in one. The care takers of the place are extremely helpful and friendly. We did not try the saltwater pool but saw others having fun there. There were chairs at the beach for us to enjoy. There are some restaurants in the area and we also took a stroll around downtown Melbourne. The entire stay/experience was heavenly and a much needed get away. Thank you so much!! I hope to be back and stay here again.

Spring break with daughter and 2 friends

Everything was great except the TV downstairs never worked. I texted back and forth with manager and made them aware but nothing was ever done. It was not fixed for our 4 day stay.
