Hosts only speak Spanish- no English speaking. Entire condo was set up strange and its small, the water had a horrible smell as well.

We stayed at Blue View with our family (4 adults 3 children) in August for 10 nights. The accommodation was very clean and equip with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. With more than ample living space. There is a shared laundry room. Which housed a new washing machine and dryer. A games room which also housed a dishwasher, table and chairs for families who liked to dine together. There are shared BBQ’s to cook on if you prefer. There are no ovens in the apartments. But there is a microwave and hob. The pool is literally outside the apartments, and the beautiful beach just a few steps away. The beach is outstanding. Watching the Turtles come on to the beach to lay their eggs was very very special. A supermarket is just a short ten min drive away. The managers of the property were so kind and helpful. The afternoon before we left they BBQ’d us the most delightful meal. For us all to share. So very generous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue View.

Enjoyed our stay at the townhouse . Pictures are accurate. Layout is a little weird not having doors on two of the bedrooms. Easy access to a not crowded beach. Lots of chairs, toys and umbrellas to use. Pool very crowded as it’s shared with both buildings. 1 shared washer and dryer set. Nice game room. Shower water smells bad, I think it’s well water. Some dirty dishes In the cabinet, texted the number and they brought new ones pretty quickly. Texted the number that one of the 2 showers was spraying water sideways, someone stopped by and said they’d call when the man was able to come fix it but they didn’t so we were down to 1 shower for 7 people. Take bug spray for evenings.

Birthday Getaway

Absolutely loved our stay. Our bedroom had a Great ocean view. The beds were comfortable. The placeWas very clean. We had an easy check in and clear communication from the host. It was a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend 10/10

GREAT LOCATION & COZY PLACE TO STAY!!!

We had a great time! The lay out is kind of strange as the "Master Bedroom does not have a door and is right off the kitchen. But it was very clean, cozy and the location was amazing!!! Right on the beach, the game room was fun and we also hung out in the pool!

Great rental

We had a great time. Property was well maintained, good communication, excellent location. Only thing I would say is that the air conditioning in the unit was not the best (upstairs). Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend and return!

Superb location at beach

This is a really nice place at Melbourne Beach for our family stay. We stayed a week to visit family. We loved walking on the beach, seeing a rocket launch and having a swimming pool at our doorstep. Highly recommended.

Peaceful Beach!

Could'nt be happier! During the Spring Break congestion in Florida, we found this gem. Away from all the hussle and bussle we relaxed by the pool and enjoyed the private beach, which most days was just our family and no else around!! AMAZING!

Relaxing and quiet location

Enjoyed our stay, beautiful location. The Host is very friendly, unfortunately no verbal english communication with the host, only through texting. Lots of items to use for the beach, and a nice clubhouse to use for everyone.

Wonderful location!

The Blue View is a wonderful weekend getaway- the porch and access to the beach was outstanding and exactly what we wanted. The beds were very comfortable and we greatly appreciated the beach towels provided and the onsite laundry. Only drawback was the kitchen- the listing said full kitchen but there is no oven and extremely minimal cooking implements. We know the area has very few restaurants and we like to cook. Other than that issue a great weekend- thank you!

Everything was great except the TV downstairs never worked. I texted back and forth with manager and made them aware but nothing was ever done. It was not fixed for our 4 day stay.

Perfection!

I cannot say enough about this property and location. The property was immaculately clean. All you need has been though of. It was perfect for 2 couples as each floor level has everything needed so each can have privacy - so in other words it 2 complete apartments in one. The care takers of the place are extremely helpful and friendly. We did not try the saltwater pool but saw others having fun there. There were chairs at the beach for us to enjoy. There are some restaurants in the area and we also took a stroll around downtown Melbourne. The entire stay/experience was heavenly and a much needed get away. Thank you so much!! I hope to be back and stay here again.

Rooms were great- love that we had all we needed to make our own meals. Appreciated the decks, the views, the salt water pool and the onsite laundry. The beds and linens were excellent. The onsite staff were super friendly and very helpful. The access to the beach was excellent and the use of the property's toys and chairs was great.

The views of the beach and access were great, no English' speaking assistance available on sight. Made it difficult to communicate the need for new towels and face cloths. Travel was required for meals only one restaurant within walking distance all other 4 + miles. All in all stay was enjoyable .
