Hotel with great hospitality
We got a very friendly welcome, even though we reached the hotel in the middle of the night; arranged a very nice guide to show us the city; very helpful personnel in every way; best breakfast I had in Morocco (very delicious porrige), on top floor with great terrace

Slechtste hotel ooit!
Het hotel is ontzettend gehorig. We zaten op de 4e verdieping en we konden de telefoon op de 6 verdieping horen overgaan. Je hoort elke voetstap! Heel erg jammer. We hadden een extra deken gevraagd bij de receptie. Na een half uur nog geen deken! Nog een keer gebeld en na de derde keer bellen kregen we eindelijk een extra deken. Ik had een kamer gereserveerd met een twee persoonsbed, we kregen een kamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden die heel erg smal waren, je kon je amper omdraaien. en hadden ook nog eens uitzicht op de binnenzijde van het hotel! Een hal met een trap erin!

Nice and friendly staff
Staff is very nice and helpful, but language barrier is big issue. Except front desk staff , they speaking very well English. Room was nice but smell at room very bad( generally you can feel this smell everywhere in Morocco ). Terrace is extra pleasure,nice and big. I like a lot all staff in hotel even with language barrier they was very kindly and helpful. Shukran :)

Great Hotel worthy of a return visit
This hotel is staffed by a wonderful team of smiling and helpful people. Everyone is very friendly and professional, that includes the front desk staff, restaurant folks and the housekeeping personnel. Couldn't ask for more in a hotel staff. The property is well kept and the furnishings much better than other three star hotels I have stayed in. The wifi is secure and I had no problems with it during my visit. The location near the main train station is good. Not a lot to do in the immediate neighborhood but it is just a short, inexpensive taxi ride to the old city & media with all its nearby attractions. The front desk staff will also help you if you need a guide for the city or excursions out of the city. I recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Nice hotel
Was very comfortable and modern, much like the hotels at home. Great to stop for the night after a long drive and then leave again in the morning. Free street parking. Grocery store just next door. Restaurant in the hotel was also a bonus.

sept 2016 enjoyed our stay for two nights few customers - reasonably priced as a result? away from main tourist spots so ideal for those with own transportation, parking on street copious breakfast, dinner ok but better to eat out

Wonderful!
Great staff and attention. However, the owners may want to consider installing small refrigerators in the rooms. That would be very nice indeed. As always, treated like a member of 'the family'. Thanks to the staff.

Terrible hotel
We booked Hotel over Expedia , yet when we checked in they tried to charge more than what we had booked with Expedia . No curtains on the window , air conditioning not working , had to have the window open , room full of mozzys . Fridge not working , cockroaches . Very uninterested front desk , I asked for curtains and aircon , nothing happened . At check out they insisted in over charging , tax and extra guest . Double what was on Expedia advice . I will, never stay here again and would definitely not recommend this hotel . There are 3 good hotels just a block away , Sheraton , Ibis and Novatel , stay there instead .

Altas prestaciones. Excelente calidad-precio.
El hotel es nuevo, confortable, funcional, está en buen estado y relativamente bien situado. La relación calidad precio es EXCELENTE. No se puede pedir más a un hotel de 3 estrellas... incluso se podría decir que ofrece prestaciones superiores a su categoría. Pero lo mejor de todo es el personal! Atento, profesional, sensible y diligente. Durante 21 días se han convirtieron en mi familia y me hicieron sentir como en casa. El reto: mantener el nivel!

Hotel Swani - Meknes, Morocco
Hotel Swani is kind of out of the way from city center but not for someone like me who likes to walk. A 30 minute hike to mid-town was nothing. As well, it's about a kilometer north of Gare Meknes . . perfect for me. Definitely will stay there. Quiet, great staff.

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Bonne hotel recent pres de la gare de meknes. La chambre est confortable. Il manque juste un petit frigo dans la chambre et un verre dans la salle de bain sinon tout etait tres bien. Il y avait quelques travaux dans l hotel et le bruit nous réveillait parfois le matin mais bon pas tres grave.
