«Overall the place was very clean and well stocked.The rooms and beds were all very comfortable. Big open living room with wood stove was nice and firewood was well stocked as well. Large 75" tv was nice for viewing the pics we took. The sofa was comfortable but although the two western style chairs looked nice they were not and are the only negative to this property IMO. «This property had alot to like for our 10 night stay in Cody! We wanted to be out of town with some land and views. We got that at a fair value! Sunrise and sunsets were glorious from the decks. Frequently saw deer, sandhill cranes, and sage grouse. The guys went flyfishing almost every day at a public acess on 2 miles away. «We had an awesome experience at Walking Deer. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything you could possibly need was provided for you inside the cabin. The cabin was spotless and cozy. The grounds were well kept and landscaped beautifully.
