«This is the budget option in downtown Paramaribo. The hotel is basic, but got what you need, and most rooms with balcony. The breakfast is very good. Short walk to the restaurant and bar area. A safe location.»

«The reception was nice and helpful. The restaurant/bar at the roof was not so nice, with poor service and unwilling to help. The room was not properly cleaned when we came and there was also a strong chemical smell there. Breakfast has a wide selection. The pool is small but a nice option to cool down. The location is excellent for everything you need in the city. »

«This is a beautiful little spot about a 20-minute walk from downtown Paramaribo. I also stayed downtown, and can surely say I much prefer being away from the noise and crowds of the city center. Villa Famiri is in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. You can also walk to downtown though it's not a nice walk (no sidewalks, lots of trash and standing water, lots of traffic). They have a lovely common area and pool so it's great for relaxing.
