Front desk manager was horrible. Extremely rude. Said he didn’t have our reservation and to call Expedia. This went on for an hour.
He also said the WhatsApp number that reached out to us about our reservation welcoming to our hotel wasn’t the hotel’s, which is an outright lie because when I called it the reservation department picked up.
I went up to reservation department and they fixed it / had an answer within 30 seconds.
