The Christmas decor was beautiful as you enter.
Esthetics looked good, but if looked closely, things were starting to fall off. Wallpaper coming off, dripping faucet in the tub, no power on the bedside table, exploding keurig machine (just tried to make one cup), beds pretty soft (we rolled into each other in the middle).
Breakfast was decent, but only one lady managing the Saturday morning crowd.
Maybe we’re being picky, but for a Wyndham resort, the details aren’t usually left like that.
They had no one at the desk in the morning for check out, and the breakfast lady had to leave to help at the desk. They looked like they were short staffed. Trying to do the job of many with few. Hard to do it all with just one person.
They are trying.
